4 OB/GYNs and 6 Certified Nurse Midwives Locations:

Two office sites - Southside Jacksonville and St. Johns Hospital affiliations:

Deliveries performed at Ascension St. Vincent's Southside, Baptist Medical Center South; and soon to be Ascension St. Vincent's St. Johns County. Call schedule:
