Caregiver Position Homewatch CareGivers is seeking an in-home Caregiver near their Los Gatos Location. As a Caregiver, you will be able to build meaningful relationships with clients, grow your skill set with our free online learning university, and have a flexible schedule. Benefits: Flexible hours Weekly pay via direct deposit Pay On Demand Meaningful work In-home setting (care for people in their own homes) Positive workplace Rewards program and bonuses Advancement opportunity to team leadership positions Professional development and education (learn more skills) Holiday pay 401(k) Mileage reimbursement Responsibilities: Provide in-home care with a compassionate and caring attitude Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Assist with activities of daily living (ex: walking, grooming, bathing) Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities Utilize Care app to update office staff on client progress as needed Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid license and automobile insurance Must pass background checks, DMV checks, as well as a negative TB test Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow standard procedures Home Care Aide (HCA) registration - if not already registered, we'll assist with the process Pay: $22.50$24/hour (starting rate based on experience, with scheduled pay increases based on performance and reliability within the first 36 months).
