Neonatologist

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced, board-certified Neonatologist to join and help lead their expanding program at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center (SRMC) in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This role offers an ideal blend of clinical leadership, schedule flexibility, and the ability to practice high-quality community neonatology. The position provides a week-on/week-off schedule and home call, allowing for predictable downtime and commuting flexibility in a desirable MidAtlantic region.
