Posting Details Posted on July 1, 2026 Locations Arkansas Plant, 6401 Thibault Rd, Little Rock, AR 72206, USA On-site Production Full-Time Requisition #: SENIO003922 Description Job Title: Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician Location: Little Rock, AR Shift: 2/2/3 schedule 7am to 7pm (Day Shift), 7pm to 7am (Night Shift) Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $38.40 to $40.95 per hour based on experience Bonus: $5,000.00 USD minus applicable holdings paid 30 days after hire JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a highly skilled, well-rounded Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our composite decking manufacturing facility. This is a hands‑on, boots‑on‑the‑ground role requiring extensive experience across multiple critical plant systems – not a single‑discipline specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of industrial boilers, air compressor systems, hot oil systems, chillers, hydraulics, extrusion equipment, grinding/crushing systems, PLC troubleshooting, and flame safety systems. This position plays a key role in keeping both plant utilities and production equipment operating safely and efficiently. This is not a single‑system boiler technician position. Candidates must have experience across multiple plant utility systems. KEY DUTIES Repair and maintain preventive maintenance on all mechanical systems including weight feeders, scales, conveyors, hot oil, steam, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and equipment. Repair all electrical, electronic systems including servo equipment, photo eyes, electronic sensors, temperature controls, and combustion equipment. Troubleshoot programmable logic controls including understanding of ladder logic. Perform metal fabrication, machining, facility maintenance, and preventative maintenance to the facility and all equipment. Participate in the management and maintenance of the parts inventory system, including researching equipment to determine parts required. Support engineering in the improvement and/or development and implementation of new products and processes. Perform housekeeping duties to keep plant appearance at an acceptable and safe manner. Work knowledge of motors, drives, control wiring, and PLCs required. Physical Demands: In this role, you must be able to lift 50 pounds, work from heights, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders. Work Environment: This job takes place in and around a manufacturing facility. The role will be exposed to a wide variety of environmental situations, including a range of temperatures. The position requires a significant amount of time wearing a harness in a boom lift, up to 30+ feet off the ground. Work may occasionally take place in confined spaces, and employees will be expected to wear the appropriate PPE. Experience Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong experience with several of the following industrial utility systems: Industrial boilers Air compressor systems Hot oil systems Chillers Hydraulic systems PLC troubleshooting Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Safety‑first mindset Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience working on extrusion equipment preferred Compensation Hourly compensation ranges from $38.40 to $40.95 depending on experience.
