Direct Hire - Private Duty

Private Duty Nurse (LPN or RN) - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus


HealthCare Support is seeking Private Duty Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join a locally owned home care agency providing high-quality, one-on-one care across Pasco and Pinellas Counties, Florida .


This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by caring for pediatric, young adult, and adult patients in their home environment while working with an agency that prioritizes patient care, nurse support, and consistency.


Compensation:

• $30.00 - $45.00/hour (based on case complexity, experience, and patient needs)
• Shift differentials available for nights/weekends
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time):
  • $250 after 30 days
  • $750 after 90 days
• Weekly pay (Monday-Sunday workweek, paid the following Friday)

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling options available
• Day, night, weekday, and weekend shifts
• 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts depending on case
• No on-call requirement
• 24-hour clinical support available

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care in the home
• Administer medications and treatments
• Manage care such as feeding tubes (GT/JT), tracheostomy care, ventilators, and oxygen therapy as required per case
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
• Accurately complete electronic documentation during each shift

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Florida
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Experience in home health or private duty preferred
• Ability to provide hands-on patient care, including lifting/transfers as needed
• Ventilator and trach experience required for select cases

Patient Population & Cases:


Opportunities available across Pasco and Pinellas Counties , including:

• Pediatric, adult, and long-term care patients
• Cases involving seizure disorders, cerebral palsy, ALS, chronic lung disease, and spinal conditions
• Care needs may include GT/JT feeding, trach/vent management, mobility assistance, and ADLs
• Various home environments (some with family involvement and pets)

Locations:

• Pasco County: Wesley Chapel, Trinity, Dade City and surrounding areas
• Pinellas County: St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Seminole and surrounding areas
