We are seeking a highly organized, energetic Commercial Move Coordinator to support commercial relocation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication abilities. This role requires extensive interaction with customers, internal teams, fleet personnel, and a nationwide network of van line agents to ensure every move is executed smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track commercial shipments to ensure all delivery deadlines are met.
• Update internal tracking systems with detailed notes regarding status changes and communication updates.
• Provide accurate pricing and shipping information to clients.
• Communicate with clients and booking agents regarding shipment requirements, timelines, and special service needs.
• Complete all administrative tasks related to commercial moves, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve pricing questions or service-related issues.
• Maintain organized, accurate records and audit all documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of moving industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of LTL/FTL shipments and DOT regulations preferred.
• Previous customer service experience working with both internal and external customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer situations professionally.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to talk and hear regularly while performing job duties.
• Frequent sitting with occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Occasional lifting of office supplies or materials up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring close, distance, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception and focus adjustment.
