Pool Supervisor/Field Technician

**Now Hiring: Pool Supervisor / Field Technician** We're looking for a reliable, hands-on **Pool Supervisor / Field Guy** to join our team. This position is for someone who knows pools, can manage jobs in the field, and keep crews and projects moving the right way. **Responsibilities include:**

• Overseeing pool construction/service work in the field
• Managing crews and daily job progress
• Checking quality of work and making sure jobs are done correctly
• Communicating with homeowners, subcontractors, and office staff
• Picking up/delivering materials as needed
• Troubleshooting issues on-site
• Keeping jobs clean, organized, and on schedule

• Pool construction or pool service experience preferred
• Must be dependable and able to work independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage crews and stay organized
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be willing to work outdoors and handle physical work when needed
