Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN Autumn Lake at Birch Manor Sykesville, MD $59–$60/hour Join Autumn Lake at Birch Manor as a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) and help residents build the skills needed for greater independence and safety. This role offers scheduling flexibility within a supportive rehabilitation environment. Responsibilities Perform occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care Provide skilled treatment focused on ADLs, strength, coordination, cognition, and functional performance Monitor resident outcomes and modify treatment plans when appropriate Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques Partner with therapy, nursing, and other members of the care team Maintain timely clinical documentation Qualifications Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license required Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal skills Post-acute or skilled nursing experience is a plus Flexible hours Collaborative rehab environment Competitive PRN rate Direct Hire.
