About the Role We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care across the country, combining telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions. Responsibilities Provide telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions to clients. Use evidence‑based therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve measurable progress. Work effectively with modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems. Collaborate with the clinical community and contribute positively as a team member. Qualifications Independent license in Massachusetts (Psychologist – PsyD or PhD). Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions per week with 30+ hours of availability. Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children. Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a hybrid care model. Compensation & Benefits Up to $158,500 per year based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. How We Support You We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, plus paid orientation and training. You will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7a.m. to 10p.m. ET. Community & Professional Development Access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and a vibrant online and in‑person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers.
