About the Role

The Manager oversees investor communication processes, manages junior team members, and ensures high-quality execution across all investor-facing materials. This role bridges hands-on execution and leadership.

Core Responsibilities

Investor Relationship Management

* Serve as a primary contact for a group of investors

* Lead investor calls, presentations, and communications

Team & Process Management

* Manage associates and analysts

* Establish and improve workflows for reporting and investor materials

* Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness

Investment Narrative & Positioning

* Translate underwriting into clear, compelling investment narratives

* Shape messaging for capital raises and investor updates

Deal Evaluation Support

* Review financial models and assumptions

* Provide input on risk, structure, and investor positioning

Required Background

* Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field

* 4–7 years of relevant experience

Language Requirement

Fluent Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is required, as this role involves direct, daily communication with Mandarin-speaking investors and the preparation of bilingual investment materials.

The expected salary range for this position is $120K to $140K per year . The actual salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, and specific skill sets, in accordance with California laws.
