Job Summary:

Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through specialized interventions and monitoring. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient condition continuously and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor vital signs, neurological status, and laboratory results, adjusting care plans as needed.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families about health management and recovery processes.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with BLS, ACLS, NIHSS standards and hospital policies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current RN license with ICU experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
