We are currently seeking a Wintel Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

"Job Description:Skills - Strong working knowledge and experience on Microsoft Windows 2003, 2008 & 2012 Strong Knowledge in VMWare ESX, VSphere, Vcenter Working knowledge on Patch Mgmt tool like SCCM, WSUS & SMS Good knowledge in Active Directory, DNS & DHCP Good knowledge on Microsoft Clusters and NLB Preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Major Incident Report (MIR) for the major failures Maintain Risk register for Operating system Knowledge on Antivirus management for OS Knowledge on ITIL process •    Ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner in difficult situations •    Ability to maintain high quality work to manage multiple critical projects •    Ability to perform and participate in a team oriented environment •    Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of users, both oral and written •    Excellent customer service skills and demeanor •    Flexible to work in 24/7 environment
