Our Mission Enable everyone to affordably make their house a home Job Summary The Distribution Center Trainer is responsible for providing training to team members to safely and efficiently unload, sort, and load cartons and pallets in a fast-paced environment Key Roles & Responsibilities Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and current team members Works cartons and pallets throughout the Distribution Center Receiving (unloading pallets and/or cartons) Sorting cartons onto pallets Loading (loading pallets onto outbound trailers) Follow directions provided by Leads or Managers Qualifications & Competencies 1+ years warehousing or training experience Ability to learn and train on various tasks required in a DC environment Ability to work with others in a positive environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs easily Ability to operate material handling equipment Ability to lift 50 pounds required About Us When you’re a part of our team, you have the full support of a diverse, close-knit team in our stores.
