Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble windows and related components using glass, vinyl, and hardware while ensuring all products meet quality and production standards. This is a fast-paced production environment that requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble window components, including glass, vinyl, and hardware, according to production specifications.
• Measure and verify dimensions accurately using a tape measure.
• Ensure finished products meet all requirements listed on production labels.
• Inspect products for cleanliness, defects, and overall quality.
• Apply and verify accurate product labeling.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools during assembly processes.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, prints, and production drawings.
• Perform general production duties, including packaging, material handling, and inspections.
• Communicate production issues, delays, or quality concerns to supervisors and team members.
• Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and production goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to perform general labor responsibilities, including packaging and material handling.
• Ability to read and follow basic production drawings or prints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Stable work history with reliable attendance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Spanish .

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
• Mechanical assembly or construction experience.
• Experience with wiring, soldering, or basic mechanical work.
• Experience working with glass, vinyl, and hardware components.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Work Environment

• Team-based production lines ranging from 5 to 30 employees.
• Overtime opportunities available based on production needs.

Shift Schedule

1st Shift: Approximately 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (often extended to 4:30 PM)

2nd Shift: Approximately 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (often extended to 2:00 AM)

Additional Overtime: Weekdays and occasional Saturdays as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MORGANTOWN, PA.

The pay range for this position is $28.62 - $32.91/hr.
