Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat pediatric patients using evidence-based occupational therapy interventions Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's developmental needs and goals Provide sensory integration, fine motor, and activities of daily living (ADL) therapy Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, educators, and families to deliver holistic care Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Educate and train parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development Requirements: Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current OT licensure in the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain) NBCOT certification (OTR) required Knowledge of sensory processing, neurodevelopmental treatment, and pediatric developmental milestones Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children of all abilities About Us: The Therapy SP/OT is a trusted pediatric therapy practice in St. Paul, MN, dedicated to providing exceptional speech and occupational therapy services to children and their families.
