Full-Time & Part-Time | All Shifts Available | 8-Hour Shifts

Willow Ridge Rehabilitation & Living Center is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team.

• Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

• All Shifts Available

• 8-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Every other weekend rotation

• PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling

• $6,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time CNAs

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Provide compassionate and respectful personal care

• Assist residents with meals and hydration

• Take and record vital signs as directed

• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team

• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment

• Work closely with RNs, LPNs, and other members of the care team

• Build positive relationships with residents and their families

• Current North Carolina CNA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

• Dependable and committed to providing quality care

• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
