Position OverviewResearch Analysts at Initio Capital support strategic investment initiatives, providing market intelligence, financial analysis, and actionable insights to inform investment decisions. These roles involve collaboration with investment teams, portfolio managers, and senior leadership to evaluate opportunities, assess market dynamics, and support data-driven strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct industry, market, and company research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Build and maintain financial, valuation, and operating models to support investment decisions
Support due diligence efforts for prospective investments across financial, operational, and market dimensions
Perform competitive analysis and market mapping to inform strategic investment priorities
Prepare research reports, presentations, and analytical materials for senior management
Monitor macroeconomic indicators, sector performance, and emerging market trends
Collaborate on portfolio analysis and performance tracking to optimize investment outcomes
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
Understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and research methodologies
Experience in investment banking, consulting, equity research, venture capital, or asset management preferred but not required
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and quantitative capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
