Cloud Administrator As the Cloud Administrator with the BCBSWY IT Team, you will support the organization in securely connecting people, devices, and applications in the cloud. This role involves managing mobile device management, application management, identity and access, and cross‑tenant integrations across Microsoft 365 and other cloud environments. Your focus will be on keeping the cloud environment secure, scalable, and performing at its best—whether through strong conditional access policies, seamless single sign‑on experiences, secure network connectivity to the cloud, or proactive cloud service management. Ultimately, you will ensure that the technology behind the scenes remains reliable, secure, and fully aligned to support organizational needs. Collaborate closely with other BCBSWY IT administrators to maintain consistent operational performance. Work with host site support personnel to maintain remote applications and ensure reliable end‑user access. Provide management with weekly and special reports to identify and address issues, trends, and processing requirements. Serve as backup for other team members as needed or assigned. Qualifications Associate degree in information technology or related field; or directly related work experience may be considered. Specialized experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Entra, Intune, Purview, Teams, and OneDrive. Continued pursuit of education in information technology (e.g., system administration). Minimum of two years of directly related work experience in cloud administration, Microsoft 365 administration, or a related field. Microsoft Azure or related certification strongly preferred.
