Reports To: School Nutrition Manager
Purpose: Fill in when a school nutrition assistant is absent.
Duties And Responsibilities
Substitute school nutrition assistant perform the management processes for sn assistant who are absent for a day or longer periods of time. Their duties include food preparation and maintaining kitchen and serving area cleanliness. Candidates need to be flexible in their availability.
