Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Prior experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, particularly in educational or pediatric settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with students, teachers, and school administrators
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to ethical, professional, and legal standards
• Experience with data collection, progress monitoring, and adapting to diverse student needs is highly valued

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to students as directed by a supervising BCBA
• Support classroom teachers and staff in implementing individualized behavior plans
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to support skill acquisition and decrease challenging behaviors
• Maintain detailed records of interventions, progress, and session notes
• Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with school staff and families
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging atmosphere to help each student thrive academically and socially
