Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beverage Manager to lead our beverage program and uphold our commitment to excellence. As the Beverage Manager at Grain and Cane, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our beverage operations, curating an exceptional beverage menu, managing inventory, leading a team of bartenders and servers, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with a deep understanding of beverage trends who thrives in a collaborative environment and has the potential to shape our beverage program’s future. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver outstanding guest experiences Design and update seasonal craft cocktail menus, wine lists, and spirits offerings Oversee daily bar operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cleanliness Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Monitor beverage costs and implement strategies to control spending and waste Build relationships with distributors and negotiate favorable pricing and partnerships Collaborate with marketing and events teams to develop bar promotions and experiences Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a beverage management or head bartender role, preferably in a high‑end or craft cocktail environment Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, and mixology Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and staff effectively Passion for hospitality and a guest‑first mentality Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Multiple tiers of medical coverage Dental and vision coverage 24/7 Teledoc service Free maintenance medications Pet insurance Hotel discounts Tuition reimbursement Paid time off (vacation, sick, bereavement, and holidays) 401K match Equal Opportunity Employer: AA‑Minorities/Females/Vets/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation.
