Registered Dietitian

Courtney Manor, a luxury senior living community in Winter Park, FL, seeks a Registered Dietitian to lead resident-centered nutrition services. The RD will complete nutritional assessments, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with nursing and dining teams, and ensure menus meet clinical, cultural, and preference-based needs. Responsibilities include monitoring weight and intake trends, documenting in EHR, educating residents and families, and supporting regulatory compliance.
