We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager who's passionate about crafting delicious food, leading a high performing team and delivering a memorable culinary experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Partners with the GM to lead a rock star team Train, supervise, and coach kitchen staff to deliver consistent food quality and great service Communicate information to kitchen staff Assist in scheduling kitchen staff in their work assignments Promote a positive guest experience, resolving any issues professionally and quickly Responsible to monitor as well as take action to make sure food quality service standards are met Monitor food preparation and ensure consistent quality, taste and presentation Ensure safe, responsible and legal serving of all alcoholic beverages Ensure that equipment is maintained as outlined in the restaurant safety and preventive maintenance program Ensure stock levels are maintained by calculating inventory, ordering as well as retrieving supplies plus stocking by stooping, bending, lifting heavy articles reaching overhead Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of operation All other duties as assigned Qualifications/Skills: MUST HAVE 2 YEARS CULINARY EXPERIENCE, preferably kitchen management Capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time (minimum of 8 hours a day) Capable of reaching, bending, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Some weekend days required as well as mornings and evenings Requirements: Must be able to pass background check ServSafe certified PTO Paid training 401k with company matching Health, Dental and Vision offered to Full time employees Tailwind Concessions is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
