Reliable Part-Time Maintenance Person

The RV/Manufactured Home Community is seeking a reliable part-time maintenance person for general park upkeep.

Duties include:

General repairs and maintenance
Groundskeeping (mowing, trimming, clean-up)
Light plumbing and electrical work
Preparing RV spaces for new tenants
Keeping common areas clean and safe

Requirements:

Basic maintenance experience preferred
Must be dependable and self-motivated
Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs
Reliable transportation
Good communication & follow up skills

Compensation: Based on experience. Possible free RV space
