In this position you will manage property listings, perform comprehensive market research, and support clients in discovering their ideal homes. Your expertise and advice will play a crucial role in delivering a smooth and satisfying experience for both buyers and sellers. Responsibilities Graduate from our Agent Launch and complete the 86‑day training program that equips you to be a successful Realtor. Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write offers, and secure acceptance using our proven presentation and offer system. Provide detailed written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria. Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients. Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments and convert leads. Conduct three open houses monthly. Participate in team activities per team standards. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and partner calls. Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License. Strong interpersonal skills with a people‑first approach. Highly motivated and goal‑oriented. Committed to attending the office at least three days per week. Maintains a positive and upbeat demeanor. Comfortable spending extensive time driving. Skilled at assessing client preferences and matching them with suitable properties. Open to learning and receptive to coaching. Ambitious with a demonstrated track record of success. High school diploma or equivalent. Collaborative team member. Minimum of 3 years licensed real estate sales experience.
