About the Role
The Company is seeking a President to lead its organization with a strong focus on strategic and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's strategic initiatives, particularly in the areas of sales, marketing, product development, and advanced technologies. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in developing and executing long-term growth strategies, ideally within an ESOP, family-owned, or closely held business environment. The President will also be tasked with leading innovation efforts, ensuring effective strategy deployment, and aligning financial and operational plans with the company's strategic roadmap. Operational leadership is a key aspect of the role, including end-to-end operations in electronics manufacturing, assembly, supply chain, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate for the President position at the company will have a background in the manufacturing industry, with experience in electrical or electronics manufacturing and assembly. Full P&L responsibility and a strong financial acumen are essential, with a preference for candidates who have experience in an ESOP environment. The role demands a leader with a strong focus on talent and employee engagement, who can champion the company's core values and foster a culture of accountability, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Key personal attributes include emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a passion for manufacturing and technology. The President will also be expected to have a background in both sales and operations, experience with ERP and BI tools, and a proven ability to drive operational improvement.
