RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Must live 75 miles or more from the facility (strict radius rule)
• Patient ratio of 3:1 versus typical 2:1
• Care for patients requiring bridge-level care between PCU and ICU
• Manage ventilated patients and critical drips
• Must demonstrate proficiency in medication management
• Work in acute care setting
• Cancellation policy allows 12 hours every 2 weeks
• Use MEDITECH charting system
• BSN degree not required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Valid nursing license required for submission
