Homewood Suites by Hilton is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our suites meet brand cleanliness and quality standards. Responsibilities Clean and service guest suites, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms and kitchen areas thoroughly Remove trash and dispose of waste properly Restock housekeeping carts and maintain organized storage areas Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (lift up to 25-30 lbs) Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Skills & Competencies Time management skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction Ability to follow instructions and procedures Benefits Employee discounts at Hilton properties Paid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance Position Requirements Physical requirements Long hours sometimes required. Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. All guests and associates must wear face masks at all times. Gloves and other PPE are provided by the hotel. Temperature taken of all associates prior to starting their shift, every day.
