Pharmacist/ Retail / Outpatient

Location: Centerburg, Ohio | Schedule: full time, day shift, on-site | Compensation: $48hr (100,000) to $70hr (145,600) depending on experience Overview A top hospital located northeast of Columbus, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Retail/Outpatient Pharmacist to join its healthcare team. What you'll do Provide quality pharmaceutical care in accordance with applicable state and federal laws Deliver clinical support and distribution services to ensure safe and efficient medication delivery for all customers Provide retail pharmacy services including immunizations, patient consultation, specialty medications, medication therapy management, and meds-to-beds programs as applicable Understand and address the pharmaceutical care needs of patients across the lifespan, including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, regulatory and accrediting body requirements, and professional practice standards Required qualifications Graduate of an accredited college/university of pharmacy; Bachelor's degree or PharmD required Pharmacist registered and licensed with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Immunization Certification, or willingness to become a certified immunizer within 90 days of hire Preferred qualifications 340B experience preferred Compensation and benefits Pay range between $48hr (100,000) and $70hr (145,600), depending on experience Full benefit package included Sign-on bonus offered full time, day shift position with 9-hour shifts and a rotating weekend shift (approximately one weekend per month) Rotating holiday schedule; pharmacy open on shortened hours for Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve; closed on other holidays Pharmacy hours: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday 9am-4pm Why this role This position offers the chance to join an exceptional healthcare team focused on delivering high-quality, community-centered care, with the added benefit of small-town living close to the amenities of a big city. #J-18808-Ljbffr Software Placement Group, SPG
