$85,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts to generate leads and build lasting relationships.

• Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values and trends.

• Negotiate offers and contracts to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.

• Collaborate with our team to create innovative marketing strategies that showcase properties effectively.

• Attend open houses and networking events to represent our brand and expand our reach in the community.

• Utilize our advanced CRM system to manage client interactions and track progress efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Must have an NC or SC Real Estate license.

• Experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets.

• Ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process with empathy and professionalism.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining a strong network of contacts to generate leads.

• Strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.

• Ability to conduct market research and provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information on property values and trends.

• Experience in collaborating with teams to create innovative marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client interactions and track progress efficiently and effectively.
