Managing the workflow of custom Direct to Film orders Daily supervision of up to 15 Production Techs Edit timecards, other administration tasks as needed Aid in completion of annual evaluations Conduct disciplinary actions/discussions as needed Ensure productivity and quality goals are met for department Able to handle high order volume with a quick turnaround time including same day service Troubleshoot machine issues and facilitate timely corrective actions to maintain production efficiency Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands and critical deadlines Update and implement new processes in department What Makes This Job Awesome Awesome work environment with a collaborative working space.
