The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing treatment plans in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Assess and evaluate patients' wound care needs and progress. /n - Develop individualized care plans and provide appropriate wound management. /n - Educate patients and families on wound care techniques and prevention strategies. /n - Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. /n - Documentation of care provided and patient responses in the electronic health record (Epic). /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. /n - 2 years of experience in Wound Care nursing preferred. /n - Current RN license in South Carolina (or proof of application for licensure). /n - Required certifications: BLS and WOCN (continence certification not required). /n - Pediatric experience is highly preferred. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
