Receiving CoordinatorDenver, CO | $28-$32/hr + Weekly Pay + BenefitsPosition Summary:Assist the shipping and receiving supervisor, on one or more projects, with the day-to-day administrative operations of a department.Primary Responsibilities:Perform administrative support tasks and process documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory.Set up and maintain organized project filing systems, including archiving records for future reference.Generate and distribute logs and reports to support operational visibility and decision-making.Maintain positive and professional relationships with internal teams and external customers.Submit orders and track inventory levels, including consumables and supplies.Assist with scheduling shipments and coordinating incoming orders.Communicate with vendors regarding equipment repairs and rentals.Maintain Receiving area cleanliness and organization.Support yard organization and material identification efforts.Perform close-up checklist daily.Perform other duties as assigned.Accountability:Comply with all company policies and procedures.All employees are accountable for safety and health and are empowered to stop work if an unsafe condition is present.
