CES has been a leading low-voltage contractor in the Las Vegas Valley for nearly 50 years. We specialize in fire alarm and data network design and installation and provide a wide range of low-voltage solutions, including CCTV, security, clock/intercom, access control, and phone systems.

About the Role

The Project Assistant (PA) will support multiple teams throughout the organization by assisting with project documentation, communication, coordination, and occasional field installation activities. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work independently while supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and redundancy for various Field Operation Team functions and tasks.
• Assist Project Managers with project documentation, correspondence, scheduling, and client communications.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is organized and up to date.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support project timelines and deliverables.
• Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Assist with field-related project activities as needed.
• Perform additional administrative and project support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Procore Construction Software required .
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing competing priorities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work proactively .
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional attitude and commitment to teamwork and customer service.

Preferred Experience: Experience with low-voltage construction, project coordination, or construction management software such as Procore is highly desirable. Candidates who are resourceful, take initiative, and thrive working independently in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.
