We're placing a skilled Maintenance Technician with a stable, family-owned food manufacturing company - hands-on electrical, mechanical, and PLC work in a fast-paced production environment. Hit the ground running with skills you already have. What You'll Do:
- Execute production line changeovers accurately and efficiently per established specs and procedures
- Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC drives, motors, motor control circuits, and PLC-controlled systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic systems including gearboxes, bearings, and pumps
- Troubleshoot discrete and analog sensors (pressure, temperature, flow, photo-electric, proximity)
- Participate in new equipment installation, validation, and startup processes
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with demonstrated root cause and corrective action capability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Allen Bradley experience a plus (CompactLogix, SLC 500, PV+); food manufacturing GMP experience preferred

- PTO after 60 days, accrues at 3.8 hours /pay period. 2 weeks first 2 years, goes up after that
