CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Description

Job Summary:
Assist patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting by providing direct care services under the supervision of nursing staff. Ensure comfort, safety, and well-being of residents while adhering to facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Administer basic patient care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
Assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Document care provided accurately in patient records.
Comply with infection control, safety protocols, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Hold current CNA certification/license.
Demonstrate knowledge of patient care techniques and safety standards.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess the ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients safely.
Prior experience in LTC/SNF settings is preferred.
Must have or be willing to obtain necessary immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccination.
