Director of Adult Day Services

Williamsburg Landing seeks a Director of Adult Day Services to lead and grow person-centered programs for older adults on our Life Plan campus. This leader oversees daily operations, staffing, budgets, and regulatory compliance for the Adult Day program, ensuring safety, engagement, and dignified care. Responsibilities include developing therapeutic and social activities, coordinating with nursing, rehab, and families, supervising and mentoring staff, managing referrals and enrollment, and advancing quality initiatives.
