The People Concern
The People Concern in Los Angeles, in partnership with the Department of Health Services (DHS) Housing for Health program, provides housing and Intensive Case Management Services to people experiencing homelessness. The Project-based Housing Program houses individuals transitioning from homelessness with supportive services and ICMS case management. This leadership role oversees the ICMS team, ensuring trauma-informed care, harm reduction approaches, and collaboration with DHS supports and #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
