What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Specialist at Krazy Bins, your primary focus will be ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with inquiries and providing product information.
• Maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment.
• Supporting the team with stocking, organizing, and replenishing inventory.
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet daily goals and ensure smooth operations.
• Handling tasks independently when needed to keep things running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs on your own.
• Teamwork Skills: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a group setting.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are a must!
