Responsibilities

• Read pick sheets, order tickets, or use RF handheld scanners to locate and retrieve inventory from warehouse shelves and bins
• Inspect products for damage, correct part numbers, and accurate quantities prior to packaging
• Pack, box, bubble-wrap, and seal orders securely according to shipping standards
• Print, verify, and attach shipping labels, packing slips, and barcodes to outgoing packages
• Operate manual pallet jacks or carts to transport picked materials across the warehouse floor
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free packing stations and aisles

Qualifications

• Previous order picking, packing, stockroom, or general warehouse experience preferred (entry-level applicants with high attention to detail welcome)
• High accuracy when reading SKUs, item descriptions, and order numbers
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 30 to 40 lbs throughout a shift
• Reliable attendance record and dependable transportation in St. Charles County
• Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements
