Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Service Parts Specialist for our client. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding service parts, developing sales quotes and sales orders, researching material and technical documentation to identify correct parts, coordinating with internal teams and customers to fulfill part requirements, managing multiple requests simultaneously, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email for service part requirements.
• Develop sales quotes and create sale orders for service part requests.
• Research/analyze BOMs, drawings and other technical information to identify the correct parts to meet the customer requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Work collaboratively with Parts and Service teams to find acceptable solutions for difficult customer issues.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requirements at the same time.
• Coordinate with the Material Control Team, Shipping Department and customer to meet customer parts requirements.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• Minimum of 2-year technical/engineering/or business degree.
• Customer service skills.
• Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office Products and SAP is a plus.
• Knowledge and understanding of bills of material.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Flexibility in work hours.
• Ability to read prints and schematics.
• Comparable technical work experience will be considered
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
