Job Summary
As the International Business Manager, you will serve as a key partner to the VP of International Markets, helping bring Stateside Brands' global expansion strategy to life. Based in Philadelphia, this role will act as the operational and strategic backbone of the international business, supporting market launches, managing cross-functional coordination, and driving execution across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the VP of International Markets to execute global expansion strategies and bring international plans to life.
- Support the development and rollout of all new markets, including Canada and Caribbean regions, ensuring alignment across all functions.
- Act as a central point of coordination for international affairs across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and external partners.
- Manage communication and follow-ups across internal and external stakeholders to ensure initiatives stay on track.
- Assist in building and refining international go-to-market strategies, adding detail and executional support to high-level plans.
- Work with international brokers, distributors, importers and other partners to support market execution and performance.
- Oversee reporting and track key performance metrics across international markets.
- Support trade marketing and brand initiatives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across regions.
- Identify gaps, solve problems proactively, and drive progress across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of commercial, sales, or marketing experience in beverage alcohol, RTD, or broader CPG, preferably with international exposure.
- Experience working across multiple functions and understanding how sales, marketing, and finance connect.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, follow through, and drive execution independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of ownership.
- Proven commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Strong skills in MS Office
- International experience strongly preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
Compensation
- Estimated Base Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000 USD.
- Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skillset, experience, and qualifications.
- The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
