- Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial and business plans, providing analysis, insights, and specific guidance to the Board of Directors.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:
- Business Model: Manufacturing
- Functional: Top financial leader of a $25mm-100mm PE backed manufacturing company OR number two financial leader within a larger PE backed manufacturing business.
- Orientation: Well-rounded finance experience is required with a strong accounting background.
- Tenure: 15-25+ years of progressive career success
