Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Bold Solutions – Eagle County, CO Bold Solutions is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Eagle County. This role is hands-on, fast-moving and ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized and taking pride in quality work. What You’ll Do Handle day-to-day maintenance tasks, work orders and repairs across multiple buildings and properties Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and general building upkeep Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs Assist with seasonal work like snow removal, landscaping coordination and irrigation checks Communicate clearly with residents, owners, vendors and the Bold team Use AppFolio/Wrike/Time to track work orders, time and notes What We’re Looking For Maintenance experience A strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
