What You'll Do

As Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the daily operation of our warehouse and outdoor yard while managing inventory, staging materials, coordinating shipments, and supporting field crews.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the indoor warehouse and outdoor yard, including grain system components, steel, hardware, tools, PPE, and inventory
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming freight
  • Pick, stage, and prepare complete job kits for upcoming construction projects
  • Respond quickly to emergency parts requests from field crews
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and organized storage locations
  • Organize and manage company tools, equipment, and tool check-in/check-out
  • Process returned materials and manage warranty and damaged parts documentation
  • Lead and coordinate 1–2 yard employees or delivery helpers during peak construction season
  • Work closely with field crews and office staff to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse and yard

During peak construction season, you'll typically start early to support daily crew departures.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Basic computer skills including inventory systems, barcode scanners, and spreadsheets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agricultural equipment, grain systems, or ag dealership experience
  • 2+ years of warehouse, inventory control, parts management, or similar experience
  • Construction materials or industrial warehouse experience
  • CDL Class A or Class B
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience managing inventory and warehouse operations
