Your Role Deliver flawless waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax®. Build strong guest relationships and drive retail product sales through education and personalized recommendations. Meet and exceed monthly service, rebooking and product sales goals. Create a memorable guest experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals. Meet cleanliness and sanitation standards. What You Bring Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required). A passion for skincare and a talent for upselling and cross-selling. Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL): Accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked in Washington. WA Paid Family and Medical Leave: Participation in the state-mandated insurance program.
