Open Positions Full Time Professional Remote Armada Analytics is hiring for an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Engineering in our Engineering Department. This position will be for an experienced Client Manager/Senior Reviewer. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and knowledge in performing and reviewing property condition assessments, environmental site assessments, and construction monitoring reports. The candidate must understand commercial real estate lending and finance, have experience with agency (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) property condition and environmental guidelines, and have superior writing, report review, time management, and organizational skills . This employee will also perform site inspections on an as needed basis, potentially seeing 3-5 properties per month. Full Time Professional Dallas, TX, Greenville, SC, Remote The Underwriter plays an integral part in the success of the Underwriting Department. The Underwriter is responsible for ensuring that high quality service is delivered to clients in the process of completing transactions across agency, balance sheet, and/or CMBS executions. Underwriters are responsible for the completion and presentation of credit risk analyses of properties, markets, borrowers, and loans. In addition to performing your responsibilities autonomously, the Underwriter plays a leadership role across deal teams by guiding and shaping less experienced associates. Armada Analytics is hiring for an Engineering Project Assessor to assist our growing engineering team. The Engineering Project Assessor performs Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) , Environmental Site Ass essments (ESA's), Construction Plan and Budget Reviews, Construction Progress Monitoring and other related services reports . They must c ommunicate all project-related information to the Program Managers or Technical Reviewers. Conducts the on-site inspection and assessment, prepares a written report to accurately describe their findings. Full Time Professional Dallas, TX or Greenville, SC The Asset Management Senior Analyst plays an integral part in the success of our Asset Management client service delivery model. This position is responsible for performing support functions that facilitate the delivery of external client requests. The position, in coordination with Asset Managers, is responsible for data input, financial analysis, and routine transaction underwriting. The Asset Management Senior Analyst role communicates with external clients and helps to facilitate engagement of new requests. The Underwriting Analyst plays an important role within the Underwriting Department. Underwriting Analysts collaborate with Underwriters and other staff to deliver mortgage recommendations to lenders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Underwriting Analysts will contribute to financial review and analysis of commercial real estate properties nationwide across agency, balance sheet, and/or CMBS executions.
