Schedule Immediately hiring for the 10:30 AM-7:00 PM shift 5-week paid training at $17.25/hr, then $18.25/hr base once you hit the floor Short & long-term disability 401(k) with 4% company match Generous PTO Education assistance EAP & wellness resources What We're Looking For 1+ year in sales or customer-facing role (retail, call center, etc.) Motivated by commission; resilient and goal-oriented Strong communicator; comfortable with sales scripts and CRM tools Able to multitask across multiple screens and systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy on every call Nice To Have Contact center or phone sales experience in a high-volume setting Home warranty, service plans, or subscription product sales A track record of exceeding quotas in performance-driven environments. Salesforce or HubSpot experience What You'll Do Sell home warranty, protection plan, and energy-related products through inbound and outbound calls Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and overcome objections Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service Customer & Operations Lead consultative, trust-building conversations Accurately log calls and follow-ups in CRM Work with coaches to continuously improve your performance Join our growing team and build a rewarding sales career while helping homeowners protect what matters most.
