We are looking for therapists with availability to carry a full caseload (approximately 25-30 sessions per week). The decisions about how this practice runs are made by people who understand the clinical work firsthand.Alex Alvarado, Psy.D. Founder & CEO, and licensed clinical psychologist specializing in phobias and PTSD, known for his work with exposure-based treatment.Douglas Polster, Ph.D. Chief Operating Officer, licensed clinical psychologist, and sports neuropsychologist specializing in the treatment of prolonged post-concussion symptoms.Chelsea Humphrey, LMFT Director of Operations, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in couples and multi-cultural work, and a healthcare operations executive with more than a decade of experience.$80,000 - $105,000 a year $80,000-$100,000 base, depending on experience, with an opportunity for a yearly bonus. For LMFT candidates without Diagnostic Privilege credentials, salary is subject to be lower.
