Prosthetic Technician

Position Details:

• $21-$24/hour (Negotiable, depending on experience)
• Full benefits package
• Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

 
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Prosthetic Technician to support the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of custom upper-extremity prosthetic devices. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals with experience using tools, machinery, and detailed fabrication techniques who are comfortable working independently in a small clinical environment.
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, repair, and finish custom prosthetic devices
• Create casts and impressions under clinical guidance
• Perform laminations, aesthetic finishes, and detailing
• Repair and adjust ill-fitting or malfunctioning devices
• Manage lab inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party manufacturers
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care

 
Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years using hand and power tools
• Experience with fabrication, machining, or lab-based work
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
